Administration Assistant

We are seeking to appoint a dependable, organised, efficient and flexible Administration Assistant to our school team.

The ability to multi-task, whilst working under pressure with ever-changing priorities, is a necessity, and experience of working in an education setting is an advantage, but not essential. 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a strong team player.
  • Remains calm under pressure and can manage multiple demands.
  • Will work closely with colleagues in the office to support all members of the staffing team and school community.
  • Maintain confidentiality

Administration Assistant (19hr per week)

Pay Scale: BGJ 3 (Actual Salary £10,411 pa)

Four days a week: 8.30-12.30

Friday: 12.45-15.45

plus 2 inset days per year
