Site Controller
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Site Controller who is passionate about providing a safe and well-maintained environment for our pupils and staff.
Salary Range: BG-I (SCP 6-14), £25,989 - £29,540 FTE plus London Weighting

Fox Hill Primary School is a friendly, inclusive, and welcoming single-form entry school in Easthampstead.
As the successful site controller, you will be responsible for maintaining the building and grounds of the primary school; ensuring it's secure and clean. The Site Controller will support the operations of the school site, perform Health & Safety statutory testing and carry out proactive and reactive premises improvements, including general repairs/maintenance works, painting and basic plumbing and carpentry. You will also open and close the school.
The Site Controller will monitor contractors working on-site, carrying out quality control checks and reporting any deficiencies in the services provided.
This is a permanent, all-year-round position. You will work the 25 hours in split shifts, which can be flexible to allow for the daily opening/closing of the school premises.
