RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR
Permanent, Term time + 1 INSET day in September
18 hours per week (days/times to be discussed at interview), plus one INSET day in September.
From 1st September 2026
NJC pay scale, points 3-6 £25,142- £26,718 per annum (£10,054- £10,685 per annum pro-rated)
We are seeking a highly organised, professional and approachable Receptionist / Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated school office team. As a key member of the school community, you will work closely with the Headteacher, senior leaders and the wider staff team to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high-quality communication and support the administration of pupil attendance.
The successful candidate will provide a warm and welcoming front-of-house presence, manage a wide range of administrative tasks and play a vital role in securing accurate attendance processes that support our pupils’ wellbeing and progress.
